• ✓ Complete privacy: Your pet's health data stays on your device only

Data Storage

All information you enter into Ralph - Pet Quality of Life Tracker (including pet profiles, quality of life assessments, photos, and notes) is stored locally on your device using your device's secure storage system.

Important: Because data is stored only on your device, if you delete the app or lose your device, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend regularly exporting PDF reports as backups.

Device Permissions

The app may request the following device permissions:

• Camera Access: To take photos of your pet for quality of life assessments (photos are stored locally only)
• Photo Library Access: To select existing photos from your device (photos are stored locally only)
• Notifications: To send optional reminders for daily assessments (notifications are generated locally on your device)

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. The app will continue to work without these permissions, though some features may be limited.

PDF Exports

When you export a PDF report from the app, the PDF is created on your device and saved to your device's file system or shared using your device's native sharing capabilities. We do not receive, store, or have access to these exported files.

Children's Privacy

Our app does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. However, the app is designed for adult pet owners and is not specifically directed at children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
