Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ralph - Pet Lump Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Ralph - Pet Lump Tracker mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Free Forever

Ralph - Pet Lump Tracker is provided completely free of charge. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees. You can use all features of the app at no cost.

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Track lumps, bumps, and skin changes on your own pets
• Store photos, measurements, and notes about lumps
• Export and share your pet data as you choose
• Access all features of the app

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Use the App to provide veterinary services to others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Veterinary Services Disclaimer

This App does NOT:

• Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Replace professional veterinary care
• Create a veterinarian-client relationship
• Diagnose whether a lump is benign or malignant
• Guarantee accuracy of any measurements or tracking

You understand that:

• All lump tracking features are for informational purposes only
• You should consult a licensed veterinarian about any lumps
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on App data
• Any new lump should be evaluated by a veterinarian
• Changes in lump size, texture, or appearance require veterinary attention

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the App, including pet information, lump locations, photos, measurements, and notes.

Important: All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data, and we cannot recover it if you delete the app or lose your device.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data through PDF exports or other means.

Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Ralph - Pet Lump Tracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App.

Disclaimers and Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy of lump tracking features
• The suitability of the App for diagnosing lumps
• The reliability of any measurements or documentation
• The App as a substitute for veterinary examination
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages related to pet health decisions or outcomes
• Damages from delayed diagnosis or treatment
• Damages from unauthorized access to your device

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
